Life is filled with ups and downs, making things harder to navigate. Whether you are dealing with life problems or mental health issues, I can be there to support you.
In my practice, I provide a holistic and individualistic approach unique to each client’s needs. I work from a strengths-based model, helping clients to increase in self-awareness, knowledge and skills.
My goals is to create a safe environment for you to navigate your struggles. Through that process, the hope is that things will feel less overwhelming, allowing you to work through things with more ease.
